Shipping
- We usually ship your order by DHL, DPD, GLS or UPS. The shipment takes place after receipt of payment. The delivery time is indicated for each product on the corresponding product page. Please note, that this is only a guideline and the shipment may be affected by external circumstances at any time. We generally do not ship on Saturday, Sunday or public holidays.
- We ship from Germany. Deliveries abroad (e.g. Switzerland and Norway) may incur additional costs (e.g. import tax, customs). Please note, that these costs cannot be calculated in advance and are to be borne by the recipient himself.
Shipping costs
- Free shipping for orders over 50€ order value within the European Union.
- For orders with an order value of less than 50€, the shipping cost is 4,90€ within Germany and 9,90€ within the European Union.
- Please note: If you as a consumer have specified an error in the address so that the shipment has to be delivered again, the shipping costs have to be paid again, as the label loses its validity after the first shipment. Therefore, please check all your details carefully before completing the purchase.
